As others, easy parking in wide entrance to forest track at 728312 - Up track to junction, turned left & an easy climb through an airgun range to the obvious summit mound - Short walk along forest tracks to gate at SO 7333 3156 & then up over pasture to the alternative summit.gerrybowes11/06/2022
Parked at start of track at 728312. Easy walk to summit and alternative highpoint.PGCE25/08/2021
We followed forest tracks to S of RoW, as advised by others, approaching summit from S. HP was a pile of wood in open woods, mainly beech. Also visited subsidiary summit to SE in domed field.Denise 30/12/2020
Track from ESE. SE Top now pasture. Descend past small holding of sorts but don't see anyone and up to the lightly wooded conical summit. Views through the leafless trees.RichardM30/12/2020
Re-visit for new summit.andrew brown10/07/2020
Detour whilst doing the Bromesberrow Heath to Newent section of the Geopark Way. From the E, a few meters of bracken thrashing from the ROW at SO737314 to pick up improving path heading to summit. Small CCTV-protected sawmill just E of summit but no-one about.milimana14/08/2018
Thanks vegibagger. Good track all the way. Seems the Scouts use this as a secret hideaway.Campbell Singer17/07/2018
As veggibagger. Very easy to follow.clivevilla24/05/2018
Followed bridleway from Ryton and tracks to top.Ramblingpaul22/06/2017
Took the vegibagger route which was simple. Summit in a clearing, had a quick thrash through some bracken and brambles as others clearly had before me.Herbert Anchovy03/03/2016
From SW, main forest gate with good track to summit. Thanks vegibagger. HP just S of track. Summit 170m NW passed en route could be as high; GPS says 3m higher for what it's worth.RHW21/02/2016
Natural to think one can come along track from north and then south at 733318 on track marked on1:25k. On the ground this is wholly overgrown with bramble. If on this path one will need to go east till path doubles back west. Far better to choose to start from west at 728312 curling first south but half circle round up north and then east to highest point. This is the best option.vegibagger05/09/2015
From Ryton along Bridleway. Track to right does not exist. Needed to keep going until field and path went up right before doubling back along track to top.HP in undergrowth.PeterD06/06/2015
From Ryton on track to east. Along forest track and up to HP in scrub. Path on map S back to track was very indistinct and covered in brambles. Take secateurs!.arranc20/02/2015
On a round from Redmarley D'Abitot taking in Hazeldine Hill also. Approached on RoW initially, then forest tracks to summit area. Some of these are no longer viable. HP approx 3m S of path in fern and bramble undergrowth.jonglew05/02/2015
From Ryton up through thick woodland, summit in thick undergrowth but no longer wooded.Adrian11/10/2014
