7th hill of 9 on 37.8km route from Moorhaven to Ivybridge station climbing Ugborough Beacon, Stalldown Barrow, Hanger Down, Tod Moor, Dunstone Hill and Yarninknowle wood, using the woodland track thrn descending steeply to cross the Erme on a dilapidated footbridge then across wetlands passing through reeds before climbing to a gate that leads to the track that passes closes to the summit.
