Mist and sleet was so thick that I climbed the eastern-most 'hill' to discover the western one is higher49pp06/05/2021

Parked at track end along with cars and motorcycle trailers. Followed the sound of the bikes along the flooded muddy track the turned right up the slope to the top. Back the same route. Grey overcast day but still impressive views from such a small hill.Jubilado22/10/2020
I finally lost my bing virginity. Thoroughly enjoyed my ascent of this from the North, together with its subsidiary top.sclater31/01/2020
Not a pretty bing on a damp and grey January afternoon after visiting my dad in Wishaw General.Dugswell221/01/2020

From E, great looking little hill on a frosty morning with cloud inversion. Nearby trig pillar and BMs gone.RHW01/12/2019
Had walked past this in the past and wondered whether it had sufficient prominence to qualify as a tump. No pre-emptive bag though, so instead it was a break of journey at Shotts on the way home from a rare trip to work in Edinburgh.campagvelocet20/09/2019
a small detour on my journey to edinburgh, from the east track entrance.robertphillips18/07/2019
Grand views from the top of the heap. Various tracks around the large site.neimcv14/07/2019
News of this new Tump got to me just as we were preparing to leave for Devon. Got back last night & thought I'd better come over right away, otherwise it would probably take ages to get round to it. North Lanarkshire recompleted. Easy from the track to the E, trail bikers everywhere, some of primary school age.agentmancuso14/07/2019
As it is in the middle of flat countryside it has wide ranging views.hillsman08/07/2019
En route to AGM weekend. Convenient parking to east and old industrial track to foot and then up the bing incline with some old sleepers still in situ.Campbell Singer05/07/2019
A sort-of first bag for me; first to climb and log this hill since it was listed on hill-bagging. Well done to the pre-emptive baggers! From the B7057 to the East. Large layby at start of track. Path off the R (north) through trees avoids worst of big puddles, but is a bit muddy. As bings go this is a very pleasant one.Minto01/07/2019
1 hour round trip from Shotts railway station. Pavement all the way until the muddy track. Excellent bing with remains of the old railway. A great tourist attraction for Shotts.Thearlaichdubh28/06/2019
