Followed the track - easy after completing Meikle Bin and Little BinBuck21/02/2024
Up from CP on forest track. Easy.Play2End25/11/2023
On return from main summit, trees not too bad, top indistinguishable. Back along track to NS 6628 8499 where a sketchy wee footbridge leads to a pleasant FB to Far East Top P21.7, then on down FB to track to reservoir shore.agentmancuso07/04/2023
Bike from Todholes. Broom not yet flowering and not blocking track. On to the west top, not too difficult.fasgadh07/05/2021
From Todholes CP. Pleasant forest track then sprachle thro the trees.bjewing24/03/2021
From locked gate on B822 Crow Road and by forestry track beneath Dungoil to edge of forest and up to Allanrowie East Top. Returned over Dungoil and on to Gartcarron Hill and Gartcarron Hill East Top. A satisfying round but finding track to GHET was slightly problematic.lordtonult06/03/2021
Straightforward after Little Bin on way back to Todholes. Cut up into dense forest at summit of track to North.Thearlaichdubh24/12/2020
From Todholes, busy. Confirmed coords, could be the top, wet branches all around, slimy and dirty. One for crazies/enthusiasts. Nice forest walk despite the summit thrash.iangalbraith23/12/2020
A pleasant stroll up from a rather busy car park at Todholes. <ice track then broom jungle to top of rise then thrash about the through the dense trees visiting options for high point. Tried to continue to Gartcarron hill but was defeated by deadfalls, bogs and more dense trees. With I'd read more of these reports before I tried.Jubilado16/10/2020
Gartcarron hill repeat and gartcarron hill east top from the B822.robertphillips19/09/2020
Late evening cycle up from Todholes car park. About a dozen cars there at 9:30 pm. Easy track, but had to slow down on way back to prevent a thrashing by broom bushes which are taking over the track in a few places. Final hill completed in Region 26A that I can get up.Minto11/07/2020
From Todholes car park. Very pleasant walk up forest track then a bit of a desperate thrash to get to high point.russell6108/07/2020
Route west to Gartcarron is harder than it looks on the map. Break is blocked by fallen trees, full of new growth and boggy.49pp26/06/2020
From Todholes. Excellent track.hillsman24/06/2020
From Gartcarron West, mapped firebreak obvious from the latter hill but overgrown with young trees when actually there. Top close to the track but an awkward crawl through trees with low branches. Delightful overgrown track eastwards, broom in full bloom. And I saw a pine marten.Colin Crawford16/06/2020
Track clear, if a wee bit overgrown with spectacular broom (not gorse, thankfully). Summit in trees to south, so prepare for a battle with ground hugging pines! No views, but not unpleasant other than the last few metres!Belfarm 14/06/2020
P Todholes. Track to top, initially main track then rarely used track overgrown in parts by beautifully flowering broom. Top in trees S of track.chrisbien11/06/2020
