Logged Descriptions  (logged by 10 users)ByDate of Ascent
When the 474ft spot height on the 6 inch historic map is overlaid with more recent maps, the high point is located NW of the tallest water tower on Mark Carroll Drive. The Mountain Views grid reference W65248 73072 endorses this, identifying the summit as being the obvious high point on the grass bank a few metres west of the road. (PM)gerrybowes03/02/2016
At the edge of the housing estate. This could have been a wonderful hill... if the estate is expunged. With GB. The finale!!!bolton03/02/2016
Lots of new roads and the actual high point is fenced off.Newton Maximus30/05/2015
