RHSoc Dinner Meet at Banavie. After bagging the two Munro Tops, and Simms, on the NE ridge.Minto18/09/2021
Summit cairn attained this time- in swirling cloud but did get brief views of Carn Mor Dearg and Ben Nevis. Ascended from free Steall Bridge carpark to SW via Meall Cumhann (hump to SW) and 830m col and then on distinct but steep path East up to ridge to small cairn at 1129m NN19126 72223, which may be less easy to locate in descent. Onto Stob an Chul Coire.Denise 16/09/2021
Weather looked pretty terrible up top so took the gondola, very low visibility on plateau, found way to summit and back down quicklyPDuncan8209/09/2021
Pathless 600m slog from the top station-decent on the east ridge not that pleasant either .Mark Sims25/08/2021

Solo fr Torlundy 'North Face' car park, jogged up 3km LRT in trees to big ski centre car park & waited for gondola to open, rode it to top 9.45am then ascended, too steep & rough to run but in running kit, already warm, ground very dry, gets better as you get higher.NorfolkPT2119/07/2021
If approaching from north, probably best to get gondola up as the mapped path is a MTB downhill run and busy. On a clockwise circuit taking in Tom nas Sroine, Stob Coire an Fhir Dhuibh, Stob an Chul-Choire. The final approach to Aonach Mor (from east) was very steep, indistinct and I took a line just to north of a rocky pinnacle - not pleasantcarole engel12/06/2021
Summit not attained! We paid £4.50 to park in the large Nevis centre carpark only to find there are no walking routes to the summit from here- all the mapped routes down from the lift station have become popular MTB routes and bikes speed down the steep routes constantly, making it an unpleasant walking experience. It seems you either need to pay your £22 for the gondola (09:30-16:30 every day) or approach from the other side! (or go very early or late)Denise 05/06/2021
Solo, anti-clockwise from Glen Nevis. Aonach Beag, Aonach Mor, Carn Mor Dearg & Ben Nevis. Great views of CMD arete towards Ben NevisHuwel22/10/2020

Weather improved, and the sun almost came out. A fair few walkers who had come up via the Nevis Range gondola about, we headed east & three more peaks.DanMaisieBex20/08/2019
From top station of Nevis Range Gondola (NN 18766 75606). Steep grassy ascent up to the rocky ridge at NN 19356 74520, then up the ridge and across the grassy plateau to the summit of Aonach Mor. Onwards via a clear, grassy path before the rocky path ascent of Aonach Beag. Re-traced the outward route back to the top gondola station.david23020115/08/2019

From Aonach Beag. Hard to turn my back on the scenery but followed the path to the windy bealach and made my way up the easy slope where, 100m from the summit I met a snow-goggled Becky coming the other way, having walked all the way up against the spin-drift. (Our vague plan to meet turning out incredibly well!) Kissed the summit cairn and sat in it's lea to eat carrot cake in celebration of my Munro compleation. Headed down the ski slopes with a bit of seated glissading for fun, ate more cake and stuff using the closed snack hut for shelter and took the black MTB route (no danger of bikes today) which was surprisingly enjoyable. 7 hours.Wycombe Wanderer05/04/2019
