Beautiful day and great top then on to the other cairned top and back pathless to lower ground to pick up decent path back to Lyn NantycalagMark Sims14/02/2019
Parked 723909 for round of Deweys. Approached this after Pen Creigiau'r via forestry tracks and the bridleway from the NE.Moorponder20/10/2018
Third of three Dewey's on a five mile walk from the cattle grid near Llyn Nantycagel. Route first went over Banc Bwlchygarreg and then the west top. Taking around two and a half hours.WAYNE ROWLETT28/05/2018
Banc Bwlchygarreg, Banc Bwlchygarreg West Top, Moel y Llyn from the head of Cwm Ceulan.RobertP16/12/2017
Parked at the junction of the minor road & forest road at 723909. The final top of an anticlockwise circuit of 8 Deweys, starting with Banc yr Wyn. From Banc Bwlchygarreg, a straightforward, but fairly steep ascent to the summit trig point & shelter. Descended SSW on bridleway, but failed to pick up ‘the fine path contouring round the north side of Cwm Ceulan back to the car’ which MT notes in his Bryn Mawr log; hence, a steep climb back to car! Last of the day with GB after 12 tops including 8 Deweys. Back to the car at 722909. 13.6 miles and just under 7 hours.bolton04/07/2017
