Climbed as part of the Beinn Dearg group, from Inverlael forest. Biked up a track as far as the edge of the trees, then bagged Eididh nan Clach Geala (926m), Meall nan Ceapraichean (977m), Cona' Mheall (977m) and Beinn Dearg (1084m). Beinn Dearg is my 50th Munro this year (there was a couple of Corbetts, Grahams & Donalds too) and 100th since August 2016.chillyman813/10/2019

MMC weekend in Inverlael. Bein Dearg 4 with Robert Wight, Eunice Coop, John Berry and Jeremy Idle. Lovely sunny blue sky day with cloud inversion to west. Microspikes on mixed neve, snow and rock.alexmaclennan14/03/2015
Fourth day of five-day trip with DW & SL. Staying in Aultguish. Linda joined us for this day too, but did not do all four peaks with us. Classic Beinn Dearg horseshoe from Inverlael. This was an easier day than expected. The ascent to the ~850m col is very gentle, making it very easy. Good weather, with a haze 'inversion'. Descent from Eididh nan Clach Geala.AGWilliamson22/09/2014

With Rod and Grant in a reverse of my last trip in a rather longer time. Good conditions until Cona' Mheal when mist closed in and temperature dropped. Felt knackered at the end - time for a Corbett! SS08/06/2010

With Rhona Fraser. After climbing Cona Mheall and Beinn Dearg from the north end of Loch Glascarnoch. From the summit of Beinn Dearg we went down beside a wall and up to Meall nan Ceapraichean then to Ceann Garbh, going east a little after that to avoid the steepest descent. Then to Eididh nan Clach Geala. Went down the west ridge eventually dropping to join the footpath in Gleann na Sguaib. We walked down the footpath and track to reach Inverlael. 5200ft of ascent. Weather dry and cold initially and also on final summit.pwbellarby13/06/1993
