Drove to the quarry, 0.5k short of the bothy - gate locked at that point. ATV tracks to the loch and beyond. Hideous ground underfoot, superb views.iangalbraith19/12/2021

From Oykel Bridge, walked in to Schoolhouse Bothy, lunch then up via good ATV track to Lochan a pause inside fishing Bothy before final slopes. Picked up track after forest. Windy with occasional rain squallsN.Morters14/10/2021

From old Duag schoolhouse, by track to loch initially. Fairly dry underfoot in current weather.willyross31/05/2021
Parked at Oykel Bridge then bike to Duaig and bothy. A bit mucky on the way to the top after recent rain.NormanW12/05/2021
A pleasant walk to Lochan Sheumais up the track from Duag Bridge Schoolhouse car park. Reasonable going up towards pt 372, joining an ATV track above the loch, then off piste across mossy grass then onto the ridge. The flat ridge thereafter is utterly disgusting in November, little tussocks sticking up out of the wet peat and lots of hags all full of mucky water. Best progress just below the crest but still foul. The summit mound is a little better but the top is also made of hags. Best done in a drought?Gill29/11/2020
Parked at the large car park by Duag Bothy at 340974. Good stalkers path up to Lochan Sheumais and then skirted south of the loch to the col. Some groughs when heading SE from the col. Light drizzle was better than the forecast.Reasonably dry underfoot. Solo.bolton07/09/2020
From the Old Schoolhouse via the lochan. Peat hags towards the summit a little tedious.Jon F12/08/2020

With a friend. Drove up the track up Glen Einig to the old schoolhouse. Walked up track towards Lochan Sheumas and round S side of loch. Up the hill to Creag Loisgte. Back same way.pwbellarby02/05/2019
From the bothy just E of the Duag Bridge (NH 3404 9747). Good track to NH 3501 9693 then over rough snow-covered ground to Cnoc nam Bad Bog first then over to here. On to the West Top. Picked up the track end for return to car. With Carole Engel.jonglew04/04/2018
From Oykel Bridge, drove up to 135m in absence of gate or objection. Ascended via break in mixed forest and two high gate scrambles. Strong breeze on summit. Returned via west side of mixed forest, one high fence scramble and another high gate scramble. Inward route was preferable.Topographer5727/09/2017
Cycled in from Oykel Bridge. Good forestry road up to foot of hill. Crossed the bad bog (quite dry) and up easy slopes to peaty top. One deer fence to climb. Bombed back on bike in time for lunch and impromptu singsong at the hotel. Friendly people and good food.Campbell Singer02/05/2017
2 of 3: From West Top. With Sam.ChrisR15/04/2017
Chose the slightly longer route, cycling up from Croik Church to 392960 (1 hr) then up the east ridge to the top, another hour easy walking, just one deer fence to negotiate.AndrewFinnimore11/03/2017
Drove to the old schoolhouse and took the track which goes all the way to lochan. South side gives the better line having tried both.nordicstar24/07/2016
Good to see the schoolhouse bothy, and a nice easy walk from there.jenx24/07/2016

Parked at end of tarred road at Oykel Bridge. On good road to sight of hill. Easy going over dry moor to a deer fence which I followed around to the upper corner and up over tussock to the top. 11.50. 14 white stones on a grassy hag.arranc26/07/2008
