Bus to the highpoint of the road, dashed up and back on the same bus. (Only one smoke grenade found!).iangalbraith27/08/2023
9.15 Ferry got dropped off at the highpoint of the road. Up to the summit in 30 minutes in the direction of where the fence meets the road. Then off to Fashven past the pink tank and up the middle gully, then down the ridge to the col and up Ben Akie, then out over Sithean Mor via a track and various gates to the road by the footbridge 363617 where we had a 2nd car parked. 10.9 miles, 2500ft of climbing out about 7.5hrs from leaving the bus.JulieB21/06/2022

A nice easy morning...caught the 9.15 ferry, then the minibus to the high point of the road. An amazingly quick and very easy walk to the top of Sgribhis-bheinn across the bone dry moor and easy grass and sandstone gravel higher up. Plenty of time for tea and a sarnie, then down the ATV track to the road. Walked back to Daill before the minibus caught up with me and whisked me back to the 12.30 ferry. Time for a nice walk at Faraid Head afterwards. Note: last ferry is now 15.30. The days of bagging gazillions of Marilyns with the ferry are over.Gill07/06/2022

Revisit. Fine stony summit. Visited in conjunction with Dunan Mor; last time I visited Cape Wrath, I made a detour to see the Clo Mor cliffs - impressive. This time there was only the 1100 ferry with no 2nd minibus so I had to walk the 6 mi back and offer the ferryman a bit extra to meet me (at 3pm).RHW18/04/2009
