Parked at Badanloch Lodge entrance. Walked the usual route to the boat house on Loch na Gaineimh, ATV track to the east end of the loch, then pathless but fairly easy going to the summit trig. For variety returned via the west end of the loch, one jump required over the outlet stream but remained dry footed. Made very good time in the frustratingly drizzly, breezy, cool weather with the cloud base sometimes below 400m, brightening up as soon as I got back to the car.Owen B22/09/2023
Here for the trig point. A fine place.David Bremner16/07/2023
Had phoned the Badenloch estate office in Bonar Bridge to ask if it would be ok to drive in the private road from Badenloch to climb the Ben Armine Grahams. Was told they had finished shooting on estate for the week so it would be ok. Thought I might have enough time to climb CaLbM the evening before if I got up the road in good time and seeing as I was allowed to drive in it looked like Gearnsary would be a good starting point for the climb. There was an ATV track for about 1km then plenty of animal tracks to get up onto the hillside and up to bealach between Creag Liath and Creag an Lochan, climbed the latter 1st then it was another 1km across peat hag terrain which was quite dry so not to bad to the top of CaLbM.Jossker02/09/2022
Cycle to boathouse (rough after farm buildings). Circuit of Loch na Gainaimh. Very dry.PeteN16/07/2021

Cycled to farm buildings, walked to boathouse (cycleable with skill) then round east side of loch. Overcast but mild.iangalbraith20/06/2021
Tracks from Badanloch then around west end of Loch Gaimeimh. Long but mostly comfortable walk in. Regretted leaving bike at home.Topographer5731/05/2021
Cycled to the farm building then walked along the track skirting the lochan to the west. Great views.Peterb23/05/2021

Usual approach then round East side of Loch. After the Marilyn traversed over Creag an t-Socach. Breezy with showers.NormanW18/07/2020
Snuck this one in between morning and evening monsoons. A surprisingly easy walk. Good tracks to the boathouse on Loch na Gaineimh. An ATV track continues E and peters out at the E end of the loch. Good deer tracks show the way contouring SW below steep broken ground to the head of the mapped stream from where it's an easy stroll to the summit ridge. Cross a few hags to the trig and you're there. Reasonably firm ground all the way and mainly friendly short vegetables.Gill14/03/2020
Cycled fro Garvault Hotel as farm as farm buildings. Then on foot. Dry due to lack of rain this spring. Good viewpoint.trimarc217/05/2019

Easy on the track first. Still very windy but done in 4.5 hrs.tallblond27/12/2016
A good bike ride though not all the way to the loch. After that a bit of a bog trot.jenx26/03/2016
Good parking at estate road nr Badelich Lodge. Cycled w Jenx to turn off up old track. Cyclable to old farm buildings, after that track is rough and not worth the effort. On foot cut off to West end of loch on ATV tracks yhen a very good green, grassy line most way to top.nordicstar26/03/2016
After Beinn Armine and Creag Mhor; cycled up track/path to Loch Gaineimh - great views all round including back to Beinn Armine and Beinn Klibreck beyond.raffemeister09/05/2015
Wet and misty. An uninspiring 1400th Marilyn!Tony S27/11/2014
Cycled to boathouse and then did circuit of lochan, clockwise.Martin R03/06/2014
Revisit. Visited after Creag Mhor. Track from E, Badanloch. I was advised to ask at the Trout Fishing house for permission to take the car in but they said no. However after some toing and froing he let me park 2 miles in, saving an hour in total, which gave me time to include this hill and its two Tops on the way out.RHW22/05/2011
from Badanloch Lodge. Grey wagtail. On an excellent track down to the outlet of Loch Badanloch, turning up past sheds and down to a fishing hut on Loch Gaineimh. Hill in view from start. Faint path by loch side through heather to its east end and a sandy beach. Up on a gentle incline over dryish moor and to top at 12.00. No cairn. Strong S wind. Armine, Hope, Loyal, Hiel, Stumanadh, Griam Mor and Beg, the Lodge and Morven.arranc23/05/2009
