From private reservoir road to the east after researching and gaining access to the locked gate. Slept the night up here hoping for lovely sunrise behind Klibreck which was clear at sunset, but grey and clagged this Sunday morning.vegibagger25/09/2022

Solo trip, partly by bike from Loch Shin side. Parked 1km SE down road to avoid annoying resident. A breeze of a bike ride as far as where the track forks and steepens. Walked the rest (would be hard on brakes coming back). Views to Assynt Munros which still have some snow.Invicta1421/04/2022
From Dam/Mast road towards Corrykinlock at first the up high onto hill. Very short pull to top. Wishing I had the bike as return leg was a bit tedious despite views.N.Morters17/04/2022
On foot from Glen Cassley road end.willyross13/04/2022
Cycled from the road end of Glen Cassley to beyond the dam almost to the high point of the metalled road before striking up the last part of the ascent over short grass. Impressive panoramic views. Thought my brakes would burn out on a very swift descent back to the car.Peterb14/07/2021
The approach from the road end in Glen Cassley is lovely. Nice stroll along the river with wonderful views to Ben More Assynt, then the track gives way to tarmac at the tiny power station and small dam. Soon at the road summit, then a short climb to the top. Great views all round. A nice easy stroll, the perfect antidote to yesterday's squelch fest on Meall an Fhuarain.Gill26/09/2020
From the A838 at the Corrykinloch road end. Bike up to 408m then short walk to summit. Exhilarating cycle back down.NormanW21/07/2020

From roadside parking at Badintagairt, over Beinn Sgeireach and along the easy broad ridge to the final summit cone. Down south-west, short-cutting the road and so had to climb the pipeline. A fine day.Alan Moore31/05/2018
Approached from A838 with Sarah and kids. Walked in. Glad that track is pushchair friendly. We took pushchair up to radio mast with one child being carried most of the time. Then both kids carried to summit. Hard work carrying one on front and one on back. Summited after 4h 15 mins and took 2h30 mins back out. Great day out in nice weather and stunning views.assynt_bob12/05/2018
Walked in from 254399. Not much of a hill but good to explore seldom visited area. A bike would be best. Tarred road almost to the top.davidsbatty09/05/2018

Ascent, mostly by bike, from Duchally at the end of the Glen Cassley road. Rough track to the power station, then tarred.fasgadh26/07/2011
Parked in a 2 car spot outside Duchally Lodge gates. Through gates, over cattle grid, passing 100 tame deer, to turn down to the river and on access road to a power station. Road became tarmac from the dam and up steeply on continuous gradient to top of road. Left pack for final 300' on grass to the flat top. 16.00. Rain showers came on.arranc22/07/2008
