via Coire a'Ghrunnda, out and back to Sgurr nan Eag on to Sgurr Dubh na Da Bhein then Sgurr Dubh Mor. Tricky route finding on Sgurr Dubh Mor. With KarenHighland Days08/04/2019
From Glen Brittle with John from Skye Adventure. Cloud base <1000', strong south westerlies. Horrible conditions, all rock soaked with rain and snow melt - lots of slushy slabs. Gloves soaked, hands cold. On to Sgurr Alasdair.Wycombe Wanderer26/03/2019

From Sgurr nan Eag. Glorious sunshine with Dave, Tim and Shireen followed by swim in the lock.N.Morters26/05/2018
A second visit, because the first time I went to the cairn rather than the east top. But there's so little effort to get from one to the other, and so little height difference, that I probably shouldn't have bothered. The second visit was fun though.Pete R10/05/2018

Completed on traverse from Gars-bheinn to Sgurr Alasdair. Traverse from Sgurr Dubh an Da Bheinn loose and difficult in places, final ascent tricky but not too hard. Very airy summit with great views to Bla Bheinn and both directions along ridge.quadbarrel15/10/2014

Solo, 1st of 2. My first black Cuillin. Left campsite and followed path to Coire Ghrunnda. Hills shrouded in mist made for challenging route finding. Met up with a trio that were traversing the ridge! Some tricky climbing to summit.bowzi16/06/2014
Climbed from Glenbrittle Campsite with dad - solo from Sgurr nan Eag (my dad climbed Sgurr nan Eag then retreated to Loch to await my return) in beautiful clear conditions. Suspect I was slightly too far east of the final slab described in the guidebooks but didn't have any problems with the route I found. Seemed to be one of the very few people on the hill without a Guide.andy04/06/2014

kye for the weekend from B'ham. Arrive at Elgol 4.59 am Sat morning - the fast boat to Loch Coruisk. Up the slabs in big boots via the direct start. The friction so great my hands blead. Abseil not as scary as was made out to be, but the ridge only 2/3 doClachaig30/05/2009
