Parked west of the cattle grid at 730217. Pleasant walk up the forest road and then directly east to the summit. Wonderful day in a great spell of weather. Solo. Headed over to Seamraig.bolton30/05/2023
From parking 200m rough track to mast (turning possible there). First to Beinn Bheag and Beinn na Seamraig.Minto29/05/2023
From Beinn na Seamraig. Easier ascent than it looks on the map, enjoyable high level promenade on dry ground after the initial steep gradient. Found a sun trap and lay down on deep, dry moss watching bits of blue sky appearing but it didn't catch on. On to Beinn Bheag.Wycombe Wanderer25/05/2023
After Beinn Bheag. Terrain easier and weather sunnier and less windy. Cairn on slabs . Descended SW ridge to boggy col then up mixed grass and slabs over complex terrain to obvious cairn with trig of Beinn na SeamraigDenise 25/05/2023

Parked at the viewpoint on the Kylerhea road just east of the bealach. Up to the mast, then initially a faint path before turning SE up to the summit on good ground.Owen B25/06/2022

Start and finished at the RSPB carpark/hide. Straight up the non-pathed SE flank of Beinn Bhuide, the terrain getting easier as altitude was gained. Into Bealach nam Mulachag, where rucksacks were jettisoned in favour of an encumbrance free assault on Beinn na Caillich. Steep and scrambley to start with, but eventually rounded out into a fine peak with even finer aspect along Loch's Alsh and Long. A persistent wind forced us quickly back to bags and a bealach bite before the easier ascent of Sgurr na Coinnich. We continued SSW to Bealach Udal, thankfully finding a narrow path on the lower contours as the matted vegetation and regular hidden holes dented knees and footsure confidence. The opposite side of the glen proved similarly challenging, although a reasonable path to Beinn Bheag from the radio mast track helped hugely. The crossing to Ben Aslak offered no such assistance, nor did the steady incline down its broad eastern ridge, until deer tracks were located about a kilometre shy summitter20/03/2022
Bealach Udal - Sgurr na Coinnich - Beinn na Caillich - back over Sgurr na Coinnich contouring south of summit - Bealach Udal - Beinn Aslak - Beinn Bheag - Bealach Udal. A trod leads most of the way up to the lochan.davidpettit8421/10/2021
From the forestry track, off road parking at the bend just before the cattle grid. From end of track, an ATV track goes a long way up Beinn na Seamraig, after which it's a nice easy stroll to the top over a bump. Back down on horrible ground heading for clear deer track crossing the bealach up this NE on better ground to dodge crags, then up to the ridge, easy stroll thereafter to the top. Wonderful views from both hills despite sleet and rain. Deer tracks lead back to the main track home. Nice hills.Gill02/10/2021

An afternoon walk after Beinn Dearg Mhor in the morning where the cloud had lifted but still down here and my compass broken! Started on path from radio mast Ok. When it ran out used wind direction to get me onto summit ridge and followed it along to what looked like the summit cairn. Photo here shows that it was though there were a couple of other cairns about. Rather less good 'wind' navigating on way back and hit road a good mile north of where I should have been - perhaps wind direction moved or I misjudged the 180 degree turn! But I made it.dickscroop03/06/2018

After driving up track with Jon Glew & Iain Gallagher summiting Beinn na Seamraig, approached from Bealach na Cruinn-leum. After main summit cairn went to cairn 400 ENE as it looked about same height or higher. Aparently it is not. Then went on to Beinn Beag.mntainman30/04/2017
From Beinn na Seamraig over rough heathery ground. Small cairn close to summit rock. Wandered across to a cairn c400m ENE, most likely lower but not much in it.jonglew30/04/2017
From Bealach Udal over Beinn Bheag to the top. Great views back over Skye.garyhoney03/08/2016
