Was staying at the new Pennyghael campsite so caught the bus from there and got dropped off at the high point on the Glen More pass. Walked down towards the lochs and picked up the rough path that went round west side of first loch and then crossed river to reach north end of Loch Airde Glais. Headed directly west from here up rough grassy slopes to reach plateau walking south before final easy climb to summit. Had just sat out a flask of coffee and a sandwich on the trig point when a sea eagle suddenly appeared above me hovering overhead for a minute sussing me out before soaring away. A sight to behold. | Jossker | 10/07/2023 |

From the SE, starting at 661261 then up above the SW bank of Allt nam Faoilean Glaise to about 300m then right across stream onto east ridge, which gets steeper but there are no compulsory scree or scrambling. | Topographer57 | 21/09/2019 |
A glorious day for this walk. Easy path up the glen from the stone circle car park to a flat boggy section almost at the watershed, then up a steep, rough ramp on the N side of the wide coire to nicer grass and scree going onto the main ridge. Fine views. Down NW steeply to the plateau below, then easy enough walking steeply down to the head of the loch. Sadly, plans for Ben Buie were curtailed by illness. | Gill | 20/09/2019 |
