With J. Started from the ruin on an overcast day with rain showers. Wandered round the lochan & then back to the car. Very soggy. A runner set off up the hill just as we returned to the car as the rain tonked it down. Clearly she knew something we didn't because 20 minutes later, the sun was out & it was (almost) tropical. Parked by ruin (5:35). Good path, dry after drought, to gate, round hill to loch behind and to ridge and top (6:00). Cairn was only 1 stone; added 4 more. Clear but hazy. Desc beyond road to loch to get 150m ascent. Finish 6:30dbb10/06/2016
