With John S. Walked up the metalled road from beside Balephuil Bay. Almost mown down near cattle grid by maniac driving vehicle at high speed up towards the radar station. Met two other walkers who'd had a similar experience. Otherwise a pleasant stroll to the top on a dry afternoon. Impressive views. Back down the same way.mainnirnamfiadh06/05/2015

But I don't play golf. Easy if you ignore the 'authorised vehicles only' sign. Good views except for the big white ball thingy.Martin R09/05/2014

Now difficulties getting to this one as there is a road leading all the way up and the trig is outside of the radar station.Alex C15/03/2012
We were surfing on beach beside the hill so we went up it. The walk took around 30mins because the view at the top was very good and there was a huge golf ballArran04/07/2009
