First top on a 2 day linear trip. Started at Inverailort and ended in a layby on A830 next to railway linejustin99926/08/2019
Up and down from road at Alisary w Dave Wragg. Overcast and breezy, sunny on down route. Set off 4pm. Rounsfell25/06/2019
Round of An Stac and Sgurr na Ba Glaise from Alisary. Track then rough path up south side of Alisary burn, then directly up NW face. Hill fog between 300m and 800m, some sunshine above.Topographer5701/07/2018
From Sgurr na Ba Glaise. Initially followed the wall down, then veered north, from the Rois-Bheinn bealach to the An Stac bealach. Straightforward plod to the summit. Fantastic views to the Small Isles and Loch Ailort. Returned to the bealach, then followed the faint and often very wet, and lower down overgrown with ferns path along the Alisary Burn back to the A861.Owen B21/06/2018
Parked in front of the abandoned commando HQ at lochailort. Took path east to pass south of Tom Odhar to new vehicle track to hydro dam. Walked up to col and base of north ridge which was perfect neve all the way up to the summit. Descended south ridge and back down valley. Perfect Alpine day.mindlessflogger25/02/2018
Great circuit route followed SMC guide. Quite rocky up north ridge.Jhimmy07/06/2017
Another day in the sun - collecting Corbetts and sunburn en route. Days in Moidart don't get much better than this.summitter26/03/2017
45th Solo. From Lochailort, follow new estate track along Allt a Bhuiridh then break up NE face of An Stac (picking line to get some shelter from wind). Head South to Bealach an Fhiona, out and back to summit of Rois Bheinn, then follow ridge round anticlockwise (i.e. head East for Sgurr na Ba Glaise, then North for Beinn Coire na Gall before descending NW to regain estate track). Clear and sunny day with some excellent views. Strong winds, particularly fierce in morning (nearly opted to bail out), eased during afternoon. Some snow higher up, above 700m.RGibbs13/02/2017
Circuit of three Corbetts and 4 Corbett tops from Beinn Coire nan Gall to An Stac. Excellent day despite poor weather, hail showers in first half.Had some route problems near start due to new hydro station roads - river high, could not find bridge so crossed higher up at damdickscroop01/07/2016
With M. Wonderful day over the three Rois Bheinn Corbetts. Dry but thick mist on the way down, tricky navigating off. Afterwards meal in Arisaig.douglas_easton20/05/2015

Round of An Stac, Rois-bheinn & Sgurr na Ba Glaise with Shaky from Lochailort. Followed the track down from the road surprising a young stag which was nosing around the bins outside a house. Rounded Tom Odhar on the increasingly faint path. Waded around through deep grass following the Allt a' Bhuiridh & then on to the Bealach an Fhiona. By this point the mist had rolled in & the rain followed shortly afterwards. Sgurr na Ba Glaise first then back across for Rois-Bheinn & finally straight over An Stac slanting down dodging craggy bits to rejoin the outward route. Probably wasted a cracking round on a poor weather day.NotReallyABagger06/08/2013
round of an stac, squrr na ba glaise, and rois bheinn from alisary.robertphillips14/10/2012
Rubbery legs forced uphill as fast as we could -at the end of a long planned big 12 hour day with Darren from Glenfinnan to Lochailort including any and all tops on or off the main ridge. Fantastic day but increasing likelihood of missing the last train back to our car. From the top Darren set a new land speed record on one of his manic fell running descents with an outside chance of making it. He failed by 5 mins. Meanwhile I slowly ambled down - and got an instant lift in a minibus of Polish fish farm workers who kindly also stopped for Darren -bemused as I opened the door for him!Chris Pearson25/07/2012
with ED. cut short plans to do the 3 Corbetts and climbed An Stac only from Coire a Bhuiridh then down from the north col back into same corrie. Craggy peak, boggy track in glen. from Inverailort. bright and dry, cold on top.niallp12/11/2011

Solo. From Lochailort Railway Station, having taken train from Glenfinnan. Finished at Glenfinnan at 1:50am. Traverse of five Corbetts and sundry tops. From Lochailort walked on road to Inverailort and along track and footpath going east. Climbed up through open woodland (no path) to col between point 322m and Seann Chruach and hence to the latter. I ascended the north ridge of An Stac with the odd minor scramble to reach the summit. Continued to Rois-Bheinn etc. Good view of Eigg.pwbellarby10/04/1995
