Round of An Stac and Sgurr na Ba Glaise from Alisary. Track then rough path up south side of Alisary burn, then directly up NW face. Hill fog between 300m and 800m, some sunshine above.Topographer5701/07/2018
From Sgurr na Ba Glaise. Initially followed the wall down, then veered north, from the Rois-Bheinn bealach to the An Stac bealach. Straightforward plod to the summit. Fantastic views to the Small Isles and Loch Ailort. Returned to the bealach, then followed the faint and often very wet, and lower down overgrown with ferns path along the Alisary Burn back to the A861.Owen B21/06/2018
Parked in front of the abandoned commando HQ at lochailort. Took path east to pass south of Tom Odhar to new vehicle track to hydro dam. Walked up to col and base of north ridge which was perfect neve all the way up to the summit. Descended south ridge and back down valley. Perfect Alpine day.mindlessflogger25/02/2018
Great circuit route followed SMC guide. Quite rocky up north ridge.Jhimmy07/06/2017
Another day in the sun - collecting Corbetts and sunburn en route. Days in Moidart don't get much better than this.summitter26/03/2017
45th Solo. From Lochailort, follow new estate track along Allt a Bhuiridh then break up NE face of An Stac (picking line to get some shelter from wind). Head South to Bealach an Fhiona, out and back to summit of Rois Bheinn, then follow ridge round anticlockwise (i.e. head East for Sgurr na Ba Glaise, then North for Beinn Coire na Gall before descending NW to regain estate track). Clear and sunny day with some excellent views. Strong winds, particularly fierce in morning (nearly opted to bail out), eased during afternoon. Some snow higher up, above 700m.RGibbs13/02/2017
