With Malky from Callop out and back, at Shills Xmas meet. Light drizzle, clag. Waited 20 mins on top and it cleared slightly, briefly - could just see S end of Loch Shiel. Rounsfell09/12/2023

A nice afternoon stroll from Callop. Deer tracks ease the way across the bogs, then oxygen is required for the steep bit up to the summit ridge. Superb views of Loch Shiel and surrounding Corbetts.Gill19/10/2019
From Callop, path S to about 300m past Callop Farm, then straight up grassy hillside. Return similar route.Took me about 3hrs round trip. Great viewpoint.JulieB14/07/2019
Revisit. #10 of 11 from Callop, mostly good path over pass, down Cona Glen passing a German sounding gent doing Cape Wrath trail. Diminutive Eilde then up to Fheidh, cold wind on top. W Top, revisited the Graham, steeply down to pass, steep grass to Cuartaige, revisited Craobh on a whim, north for the 2 Simms, descended N keeping R of crags, with time in hand revisited Bhainne and its Tump, nice Glenfinnan view, simple descent E to Callop P. 16mi 8h, chilly on tops, warm in sunRHW04/05/2019

Parked in Callop just over bridge after 6 hour drive from Hudds, midge out in force. Great views from this peak down to Glenfinnan. Weather clearing nicely. Company: Soloiandesbottes20/07/2017
A wander round the many moorland Mealls on a cloudless day amongst skewbald snow and moor. Nevis to the east and the Skye Cuilin to the NW. Its days like these that make hillwalking such a wonderful pastime.summitter25/03/2017
A struggle in the heat. Magnificent viewpoint. A wanted hill that didn't disappoint.hillsman11/05/2016
From parking near Callop, track past houses to high point then direct up. Bore off to left near top and found an easy grassy gully to near summit. Great views all round, final section 18/10b Marilyn.nordicstar13/03/2016
Good to get this one done. The last in section 18. Nicely situated above Loch Shiel and Glenfinnan, and worth going onto the 443 top.jenx13/03/2016
From Callop, wet and windy, but caught a dry couple of hours during the day, including the summit. Views amazing. A striking feature was that around midday on the Winter Solstice, the Glenfinnan Viaduct fitted exactly into the shadow of the hill. Coincidence of course, but could be a poor mans Newgrange cairn.fasgadh22/12/2015
from callop nice views today.robertphillips22/11/2015
