Took the tent down for an early start to beat the rain. Did not quite make it nut not as bad as forecast. From the church in Glen Lyon to Craig Aird; Beinn Dearg and over to Meall a Mhuic. Return track due S did not seem to exist though the two on either side clearly did.dickscroop24/08/2018
Up and down. Solo.Dangerous Dave16/04/2018
From estate picnic site with toilets. Up track other side of burn & took boggy track between burn & forest. Missed the start of track up S ridge so we built a small cairn on our way back. The start of the track doesn’t look like it continues as it does a left & runs parallel to main track. 4 hours 40 in snow.rogreeves31/03/2018

From Innerwick up south ridge to Meall a' Mhuic, then straight across to Beinn DeargGallovidian28/02/2016
Day trip from Stonehaven. Solo. Made a circular walk by going from Innerwick in Glen Lyon almost to the highest point of the Kirk Road that goes over to Loch Rannoch and then striking WSW to the summit of Meall a' Mhuic. Much pathless heather but not too thick or high. Descended the south ridge. Is the highest point really a few metres SW of the cairn. Could it not be hidden within the cairn itself?pwbellarby27/09/2015

Combined from Innerwick with Cam Chreag and Beinn Dearg. This one may be best climbed alone; much of the ridge is rough, wet, covered in thick heather and devoid of even animal tracks.Topographer5720/06/2011
