P by cattle grid (Rangely Burn). Followed track of sorts to fence jnct at 390m then up along fence to trig RK. Back to car and mostly followed fence to sheepfold and track. Across heather to cairn (CD). Cloudy, dry, cold wind, old snow and a little ice.chrisbien18/02/2018
Bagged as YSM162 Rangely Kipp. Parked in a lay-by and walked across a false summit and down again to spot the track we should have been on. Followed the fence line up, crossed over to it onto easier track and then back towards trigpoint. Lovely white painted trig on a wee mound. Took track all the way to road and walked back up to the car.thejackrustles28/04/2017
Rain started not long after I left the car and this had turned to snow by the time I got back. Followed track and then up another quad track over the grass field onto the open moor. Only easy way to the top. Bagged the YSM.Walker Dan15/04/2016
From road to the east. Sufficient small tracks and paths, plus burned off sections, to make it all fairly easy. Freshly painted trigColin Crawford21/02/2016
One long heather bash from the E, but moor is closely managed, so not too bad.agentmancuso29/01/2011
