Parked in layby, along soggy path and then up the hill to Buddha's trig. Landfill higher but too manmade in its current state.JAdair9712/02/2022
5th of 8 in sunny drought conditions. Usual route from A706. Stone buddha found sitting on trig looking out to landfill site.lordtonult30/06/2021

Do landfill sites count? Surely, their man-madeness rules them out?summitter04/11/2018
From layby to E after end of trees. As landfill site is clearly higher I climbed the awkward fence despite people working and dashed to the highpoint of the landfill. Anticlimactic final W Lothian TuMP.Thearlaichdubh14/07/2018
Parked in lay-by on A706. Through the nice shiny gate into the wind farm and followed the fairly well-made stony path scarily close to the wind turbine to the junction. From there a crisp, cold day made a direct approach to the summit a dry, comfortable walk.Jubilado30/11/2017

A706 to trig then hp of tip.robertphillips08/02/2017
The Levenseat tip appears to close at 1300 on Saturdays(and all day Sunday). I parked by the main gate on a Saturday afternoon and saw no-one as I walked up the tarmac road to the end of the trees, then up to the trig. The tip is clearly higher than the trig, but appears to be about 20 years away from passing the <looks like a hill> test. A moderate fence separates the trig from the tip.Pete R19/12/2015
A706/B7056 junction-Blackhill-Hendry's Corse-Leven Seat-Forth. The boggy track can be avoided by taking the landfill site track until it emerges from the trees.campagvelocet15/07/2015
Used the boggy track from the A706 to bag the summit and trig point which now appears lower than Leven Seat landfill site. Thankfully no nasty smells today.Dugswell212/07/2015
From A706. Take wellies for the first 10m (puddles and bog!) Thereafter good track and easy walking. Top of rubbish tip is now higher than the trig. Someday the summit will be relocated, but not for a long while yet. West Lothian County completion.Minto09/07/2015
Land-fill now over-tops trig.chalky195327/03/2015
Track from A 706. Then diagonally up. Start of track under deep water.chrisbien21/10/2013
