Up from the parking area just before the main village. Followed Kintyre Way until just NE of summit trig where a path takes you straight to trig pillar. Carried on over the ridge S until reaching the road. Crossed the road and followed track to caravan park and the beautiful Carradale Bay. Walked along the beach to the end through a parking area and followed field path back to the road where a left turn takes you back to the carWayne Mac28/07/2023
Pleasant walk up the path behind the Blackbird Cafe/Visitor's centre W of Carradale. Lovely views along the coast and across to Arran.LizH09/06/2023
1st of 10 hills today on a 30k+ circuit from Carradale. Followed Kintyre Way but then climbed through vegetation forced wider by rhododendrons but once out on the fell made it back over to reach the Trig and high point. Amazing Black and white reed pattern on this trig at the moment. Descended the much easier track leading back onto the Kintyre way and continuing to Kirnashie Hill...Dazingdale12/05/2023
Walk from Carradale Hall parking. Up the fairy Glen path to track then left to pick up the summit Deer Hill path. Made circular by continuing to pick up the Kintyre Way and track back to hall. Fine viewpoint to ArranN.Morters09/04/2023
Very easy on Kintyre Way but a pity that the locals insist on calling it Deer HillKiltie20/03/2022
From Carradale Cricket Club, followed the Kintyre Way to track on the left to the trig. Aka Deer Hill and Carradale Hill.DavieRuts03/07/2021
