From the Evans track, the W and NW up the ridge. Very wet lower down - typical that our visit came the day after a day of heavy rain, after a long dry spell! Not always obvious which is the ‘correct’ path, but they all up in the path as it heads over the passRockdoctor01/05/2022
Along Evans Walk, then steadily up south east ridge. Steeply down north west ridge on route tpo Scrinadle, picking way carefully through crags and scree, mostly in heather. Just a little unavoidable scree. KeithByTheC24/04/2022
With Dave Roeder. Followed the Evans Path as marked on the 1:50k map until the Abhainn Bheag proved too hard to ford. Walked up-river to a much better and obviously frequently used crossing point at NR54598 68929. A faint path led back to the Evans Path. Struck up the hill from there, reaching the summit in cloud. Quite windy. Descended by same route to the top of a gully leading down to the Beinn Shiantaidh col where Dave continued to Scrinadle and I returned to the car. After the ford a path led uphill to a boggy area which led eventually back to the more obvious branch of the Evans path (unmarked on the map) near the top of Maol nam Fineag. Finished 12:55, returning 16:00 to collect Dave.dbb06/04/2022

Access via Evans path mercifully dry and without summer grass growth. Easy going the short detour steeply up. Sunning weather, onto Beinn Bhreac.N.Morters31/03/2022
Easy approach to Corra Bheinn from Evans Walk, quite dry in warm weather, good going on a faint path to the top. Clear path back down below SE ridge, then cut across to lochans and path up Beinn Shiantaidh to join SE ridge, traverse path to join easy heather slope to main ridge, block scree, then moss to top. Easy descent, then steep gully, then to bealach. Easy traverse N via lochans and W of small bump to Bealach Bhriste Cnaimhe, deer tracks to Scrinadle. Back down, then contour round at about 250m to Evans path, much more unpleasant on the way back.Gill26/03/2022
Parked up by the bridge over the Corran River (A846!). An evening walk in and we camped just below the summit. With Gavin Rees. Quite a cold night with a significant cold breeze.Dangerous Dave31/07/2021

In the shadow of The Paps. CW circuit of Corra Bheinn, Scrindale, Beinn Bhreac & Beinn Tarsuinn. With Bolton & CJM - met Topographer57. Super hill adventure. Started along the Evan's path - lots of branch paths!ger16/09/2019
From good parking at 550731. With CM and Ger. Topographer was also there by chance! A boggy walk followed by an easy climb to the summit. Headed to Scrinadle.bolton16/09/2019
Round of Corrabheinn, Shiantaidh and Oir from start of Evens path.Topographer5711/06/2019
After Bhreac and Scrinadale. Up a boulderfield on the North shoulder of CB which was a more difficult route than others available - also 3 false summits before standing at the cairn. Easy descent to Fudarlaich and Evans path back to car. 20k.NormanW25/04/2019
Bhreac, Scrinadle and Corra Bheinn anti-clockwise using a very boggy Evans Walk for access. 7.5 hrs. Rather than contouring from Scrinadle to Corra Bheinn I'd recommend taking a direct line thereby avoiding the thick heather and boulders, despite losing a bit of height.AndrewFinnimore25/03/2019
Evans path, then pathless through the mist.Owen B21/08/2018
From Evan's path on way to Glen Battock bay. A day of sunshine and showers, unfortunately the latter with a vengeance on the summit!MichaelF25/04/2018

7th and final hill of the day on a route starting from the Three-arched bridge outside Knockrome climbing Cnuic Charrach, Bheinn Mhearsmail South top, Bheinn Mhearsmail, Beinn A'Chaolais, Beinn an Oir and Beinn Shiantaidh descending tricky scree then uding bilberry and boulder patches before traversing across on a path that then descended to the col between the lochs and then up on a steep grassy rake beside steep and impressive fractured cliffs. I ended up scrambling up the cliff until at the summit platesux and then easier-going to the summit. One of Jura's best hills! Descent towards Knockrome easier using the Evan's path to reach the main road but must say this path is totally invisible in places.Dazingdale07/06/2017
With Beinn Bhreac via the Evans Path.Chris Peart09/05/2017
09:15 from bridge. Sun and cloud, 6 degrees, strong NNW wind. Good progress to saddle - terrain better than expected. Intended not to climb this but it looked inviting. Icy wind with blizzards. On to Ben Shiantaidh.Wycombe Wanderer24/04/2017

With Jenx, used Evans Path (poor and wet, indistinct across moor) to gain slopes of Corra Bheinn. Down the paps path and skirted lochans to path heading up flank of Spionlaidh. Back same way and the 'path' back to start. Stunning fay with 50+ mile views.nordicstar18/08/2015

With: hb; Followed Glen Batrick track to pitch tent by Loch na Fudarlaich Beag. Climbed NW ridge (tricky in places) to gain summit ridge then summit itself. Descended steep gully directly to Lochanan Tana.Ian Baines21/05/2014

Much the same as Lionel B. and then skedaddled to Scrinadle. With Marhoffers. Great mountain that would be outstanding if not dwarfed by its neighbours that teeter over it (excuse the pun).Martin R12/06/2012
As Martin R. with Cliff S. & Jim B. with mist above 390 metres but cleared later. Then contoured onto Scrinadle...just brill hill time.Dugswell212/06/2012
cloudy day on top of this one.tallblond12/06/2012
Marhof meet. Solo. From car park for Evan's Walk. Walked along path that is Evan's Walk or so I thought. Passed deer fence said in guide books to have been put up by Evans. Path not all that good. In vicinity of Loch na Cloiche struck up hillside, finding a way between small crags to summit of Corra Bheinn. Also included somewhat lower top to NW. Descent more or less same line. Found myself on a somewhat better path to the one used on the outward route. Came to a junction where I had diverged to the right on the outward route, failing to notice the path to the left.pwbellarby12/06/2012

Started from Evan's Walk car park on A846. Path difficult to follow at start across bog. Aim for gap in fence at NR 54544 74120, then path improves.Lionel Bidwell14/04/2009

From start of Evans Walk. Lost path early on. Buggy tracks, no marker posts, no drainage, just a line through peat and a lot of imagination. Very springy and tiring. Across a deep gully to a lochan and bore uphill over bracken, heather and tussock to visible horizon and to top at 11.45. Well built cairn with smaller heap of stones to N. to Shiantaidharranc03/05/2007
