Parked by impossible RoW sign at SH 46511 47217. Gate at SH 46458 47213, through pasture to summit field gate at SH 46479 46910. If challenged, counter challenge about breach of Highways Act. | Martin R | 14/12/2023 |
Through rough gate to the west at end of lane. Footpaths are not visible/ marked in this area. | BaggerGutt | 01/12/2023 |
4th of 5 today. I drove up the track as I couldnt see anywhere easy to park and asked for permission in the property to the right. Permission was granted. Up over the rickety gate then along the grassy wet track and then up and around the gorse to the obvious top. Back the same way. Easiest hill of the day... | Dazingdale | 23/09/2023 |
Parked to N of hill. RoW across field isn't there, and continuation in walled lane is very over grown. However, uphill of a small quarry / gravel pit by the fence is a gate which gives access to summit field. | Minto | 19/07/2023 |
Road to the north. Footpath does not exist. Across cow field to gate for access to hill summit. With Minto & Jill. | Dangerous Dave | 19/07/2023 |
Went left a Pantglas. There's a few footpaths on the OS map. I parked at the end of the road in front of a rusty gate at the back of the hill. Followed the line on the OS map but no visible footpath, went over a few fences to the summit. I was really cautious as there was signs of cows but got to the summit to find ut empty at last. | Skarletk | 22/10/2021 |
From the road junction to the west, up the lane then right through a collapsed gate to the end of the gorse. Then up and left but no evidence of a collapsed cairn. | clivevilla | 23/08/2021 |
Tried the footpath but came to very curious cows so I tried a different way. Found a path on the map that wasn't visible in reality, more cows so I'll wait until they're rotated to a different feild. | Skarletk | 02/08/2021 |
Approached from the north. | Adrian | 26/08/2019 |

Obvious summit with partly buried cairn in rough ground. Approached via unmarked footpath to south after squeezing into muddy layby. Larks singing and cloud breaking. | Denise | 08/04/2018 |
Field paths from the S to summit area of rough cattle pasture. Excellent views. | RichardM | 08/04/2018 |
Very little parking available. Ended up squeezing in by ROW to north only to find stile covered by gorse. Over gate and up through 2 very muddy sheep fields to top. | Mark Sims | 22/01/2018 |
From W, keeping S of gorse, soggy pasture, mossy remains of cairn at indistinct HP. Last of 9 tumps on a mostly sunny day when bigger hills in cloud. Just 4 left in Gwynedd now. | RHW | 16/12/2017 |
Over gate from the south. Walls and fences to negotiate but simple. Slightly boggy cattle grazed pasture summit. | Herbert Anchovy | 26/10/2017 |
Verge parking at road junc to W. Metalled road to end, then very muddy and rough cattle pasture - rough and muddy all the way to the top. Final mainland 30A hill. | jonglew | 10/10/2017 |
Up from south | vegibagger | 15/06/2017 |
From W at end of road. | chalky1953 | 14/04/2014 |
