Grassy domed sheep pasture no feature near aerial. row overgrown so accessed on track to derelict house. Extensive coastal views. Very windy. | Denise | 18/11/2023 |
As others, parked by grit bin to ESE at SH 9657 7557 - Down road for about 100m, over stile & along RoW to junction with track at 960755 - Under electric fence & a short climb to summit. Some parts of the route have been heavily churned up by cattle so best done when dry. | gerrybowes | 08/04/2022 |
Parked at grit box to ESE. Wonky styles, but most electric fences had hook handles. Much nicer hill than I expected | GordonAdshead | 26/03/2022 |
It would have been a breeze, without the breeze. | Martin R | 10/03/2022 |
From minor road W of summit, following footpath which is overgrown as it leaves the road | JamesD1972 | 09/05/2018 |
Parked at grit bin to ESE, walked down road for 100m to f/p. Very squalid snowy slush and mud, churned up by cattle, a relief to reach the upper parts of hill. | Aye Jimmy | 28/12/2017 |
From ese, parking S of RoW which is well marked but a few electric fences to duck under. Via ESE summit (1m lower) to hp, track crossing limestony pasture. | RHW | 17/02/2017 |
Parking: To the East by grit bin SH 965756. Followed p/f from SH 96560 75696 to SH 96023 75742, then struck northwards and up to summit. Came back NW from summit and followed informal path in access land wood. | David Evans | 06/02/2017 |
Summit quite evident and nice views especially towards Moel Fammau in the Clwydian Range. | jrj | 16/10/2016 |
Finally been to the proper summit. electric fences, lots of cows and mud. not sure where the exact highest point is but i guess we will never know. Visited the tower opposite again of course.
Great viewpoint for Clwydians and Carneddau. | mattcymru | 04/02/2015 |
Have been to the neighbouring hill of Tower Hill (nice watchtower) height 179 metres. Tried to get to the Warren but came across electric fence and some farm. So im guessing its private land, but ill log it anyway! | mattcymru | 20/02/2014 |
