From B road, Up and down in minutes, chilly. very convenient gate...Shutterlag31/01/2023
From B4413 verge S of hill, gates across pasture fences gave a pretty direct route to the summit- pleasant views, fort discernable, returned down the lane by the cowshed. No need to climb over any fences. With Petepwheeler15/03/2022
ROW not clear but it is on the map. Parked in layby near a house and barn. Went over fence instead of through their drive as I always feel rude going through property even with ROW. Went over a few more fences as only found the proper way over on the way down. The footpath is not maintained. Lots of sheep :)Skarletk10/07/2021
On a trail run from Porth Oer. Took the track leading past the barn to the S. All gates propped open. At the top of the track you can see evidence of what was a stile over the fence, so I guess there was a path at some point. No way off the hill to the E or NE to the RoW - very formidable BWF. Tried heading N to where I could see a gate onto the road, but was deterred by thick bracken and brambles. Went back up to summit and descended NE but there wasn't a way out of the field anywhere - ended up clambering over a BWF and thrashing through a bank and ditch of nettles, ferns and brambles - not fun in shorts.Wheelsy26/06/2021

From S, roadside parking on B4413. Field margins, one stock fence then through gorse etc on open access land to Castell Odo IA hill fort. HP either the trig pillar or a small grassy mound 4m SE. Extensive panoramic views - sea and landscapes with Bardsey prominent beyond the headland - our destination for tomorrow that was cancelled due to wind and sea conditions.jonglew21/08/2016
