Logged Descriptions  (logged by 5 users)ByDate of Ascent
A four-topper from the CP next to Darowen church. First the ROW and field climb to Fron Goch. Down To Nantygaseg Farm and the road below, turned left and then picked up a zig-zag path through the bracken from opposite Cegir to the Glyndwr's Way just SW of Cern Goch. Quick detour to the summit and along ridge fence track E to pick up GW again. ROWs back to Darowen then continued to Ffridd Pen-y-Graig and over sheep fields and fences to Bryn-Einon. Track and minor road return.summitter29/08/2023
HP on domed sheep pasture. We approached from FP to N- not recommended- very overgrown, with bramble and young trees, though in some parts it's possible to bypass through mature larch without understorey. Adjacent woodland has public access- beautiful Autumnal colours- larch, hazel and oak.Denise 21/10/2020
From the N along the forested Briwnant ridge (not recommended) and finally sheep pasture. Mist and drizzle.RichardM21/10/2020
