From Beinn Mhor. Initially awkward stony, bouldery descent north east in the thick hill fog. Then north to the col, straightforward north to the summit.Owen B26/05/2023

From the bridge. Biked track to sheep fank. With Guainemol. Overcast, some sun to top, great views, rained home although high cloud.iangalbraith08/05/2019
Along the track from Seaforth Head bridge. Cut up onto Guainamol, then along to neighbouring Marilyn Muitheabhal. Tumps along the way, easy compared to the five Marilyn outing the previous day!nordicstar13/05/2016
A down and an up. Pretty easy. And region 24 complete. Phew!jenx13/05/2016
Parked at the bridge before using the track to the south of the loch to the sheep folds. Then up SSW to the first cairn then onto Mor Mhonadh then Guineamol before the second Marilyn Muitheabhal and then the third Marilyn Beinn Mhor before returning on a lower route to the start.Dugswell224/09/2014

From Beinn Mhor. A difficult prolonged drop down to a wide bealach over a stone covered hillside with grassy runs. quite steep. 700' climb up over grass with many false ridges to a neat cairn at the top. 15.20. Realised that I had dropped OS 14 from my map case. This was marked up by Alan Holmes (very accurately) with most of the paths and bridges now shown on the latest 25,000 map.
