From the north of the pond a good track winds round the north of the hill. Another track doubles back and is then signposted to the Iron Age Fort. Easy ascent. Iron Age swimming pool located near the top.Campbell Singer29/08/2020

Free parking for a few cars W side pond. Path NE along side of pond then steeply up through dead bracken to top. Nice stand of pines but HP further SE at old stone tower, remnants of which would appear to overtop the HP. Large sunken brick enclosure near summit, old water tank presumably.jonglew23/01/2017
