As others, street parking in Gunnerton, pick up the Prow - walked along the top on a clear but cold morning - easy to get to | matty1971b | 03/03/2024 |
Along the track from Gunnerton, also visited the west top looked higher. | robertphillips | 16/12/2023 |
As others parked in Gunnerton and followed the track out. Huge quarry to the SE which you get a good view of from the top. | Andrew Simmons | 30/07/2022 |
Easy parking in Gunnerton village although I would recommend down West Crescent as you enter from the north. This is 100m from the start of the bridleway. An easy walk along a solid path as far as the path junction then aim for a gate in the wall a short distance along the northern fork. A path then leads upwards to the summit. | moorsman | 05/02/2022 |
Street parking in Gunnerton. Along the track, below the impressive crag then up the grassy bank to the high point. Impressive views over the working quarry. | JohnR | 28/01/2022 |
From Gunnerton along PROw. East top then back via west craggy top. | cjo | 14/08/2021 |
From W, as AJ, visited w top and gps said 9m higher. Sighting east it does look higher than east summit, depends on height of background hills. I took a photo to analyse - inconclusive. Worth visiting both, as AJ says. | RHW | 13/03/2016 |
From Gunnerton, lane leads E below imposing crag, then branch off right up track to grassy ridge summit. Views over vast working quarry. The top of the aforementioned crag looks lower but gave same height on GPS and is an even better spot. | Aye Jimmy | 23/02/2016 |
From minor road end north of Barrasford NY929,750 following RoWs through quarry. Good little top - wide ranging views. | Crib Goch | 15/12/2013 |
