| From Allerdale Way, access via a wall gap at the south end of the camping field, and stile opposite at SK 25031 16839. Gentle approach from this end. Holm Fell (small detour) > Grange Crags (small detour) > King’s How - Grange Fell > Grange Fell [Brund Fell] > Ether Knott > Brown Dodd > Shepherds Crag (small detour). Terrain difficult from Brown Dodd to Shepherds Crag.
