| 10:30am. 14 degrees, overcast, northish breeze, with Bag For Life. Bloated from comfort eating and drinking after yesterday's match (we weren't as bad as 3-1 suggests, in spite of what the Mackems like to think). Anyway, this dinky hill cheered us up a bit. Had a little scramble, guessed correctly that Penshaw hill was our next hill and wondered what on Earth stood atop it. | Parked in residential street to west and walked to this local nature reserve in cold gusty winds to rocky limestone outcrop , accessed by easy scramble. Trig on top.
