Circular walk of some nice villages- the two Askhams (Bryan and Richard) and Bilbrough, taking in Bilbrough Hill and Stock Hill. Beautiful clear January day. Lunch in the Nag's head at Askham Bryan afterwards- top notch Sunday lunch! | Lazylizzie | 15/01/2023 |
Parked by church and through the churchyard on a path into a rough area. | clivevilla | 14/09/2022 |
Easy parking in front of attractive church & less than 100m along well-worn path to summit. | gerrybowes | 27/08/2022 |
Parked opposite the church, took a wander along a muddy path in heavy rain to find a scrubby spot masquerading as a hill summit! | jonglew | 20/02/2022 |
Completion round of both the Wharfe catchment and Leeds UA summits today, visiting Rawden Hill, Healthwaite Hill, Walton Head Whin, Bilbrough Hill, Garforth Cliff, Beecroft Hill, Owlcotes Hill and Tinshill Moor. The car did most of the heavy work, clocking up 100 miles, whereas I only walked 6 miles to bag all of them! (S) | silveracorn_alan | 02/01/2022 |
Same as everybody else - summit seems to be under much brambles. Post 2nd vaccination in Drighlington | maknipe | 06/05/2021 |

As Aye Jimmy (Happily, the lady from the village was wrong.) | David Gradwell | 10/01/2016 |
As Jimmy, a short walk from the Church. Visited the 50m contour at Ingrish Hill just to the north of the village beforehand. Although this seemed higher the GPS readings didn't confirm this. Regardless, its a better viewpoint and well worth a visit. | yorkie | 03/12/2015 |

From Bilbrough Main St., parked in front of St James' church. Small gate, path to L through churchyard into small copse which opens onto field. High point in copse, on banking by garden fence and about 10m from a pond. Two 50m contours on map, the other is in grounds of Bilbrough Manor, about 100m to the W. | Aye Jimmy | 12/08/2014 |
