As others, I parked at end of entrance lane to Wolfden Hall. Straight up Parlick and followed wall to Fair Snape Fell. Either side of the wall is ok as there are several crossing points. Saw sheep heavy in wool using scratching post, made me think to beware of ticks which are very active about now.Pete West03/06/2021
Parlick and Fair Snape Fell with K, M and X. Started from the CP at the end of Startifants Lane although we were staying at Hillcrest Farm a bit further down the road but no access on to the hill from there. Sunny but very windy.Herbert Anchovy02/06/2021

Start ~ 601442, Fell Foot. Made a direct ascent of Parlick then headed North following the wall/fence to the summit of Fair Snape Hill. First Dewey ascent of 2020, and who would have expected that. Summits in low cloud and boggy underfoot, felt great! With Wombourne.steve hudson16/07/2020

A wet and wintery climb on a 10km walk with Guy & Simone, Jenna and Izzy, setting out from Chipping. Need to come back to get the view because it was a total white-out at the top!MrHallorann06/01/2019
Weather fair.MountainMac25/08/2018
Started out with theDev from Fell Foot parking area. Opted for diagonal zig-zag approach rather than the steep direct ascent. Cloudy with light breeze, dry underfoot. Route took in Parlick with Hen Harrier hunting. Continued along ridge west of boundary wall for excellent views to Irish Sea over the Fylde. Ascent to Fair Snape (West cairn) easy followed by pleasant walk across plateau to eastern cairn. Peat hags bone dry this summer, even after a day of heavy rain in Lancashire yesterday.Ideal for light-footed bog-trotting. Returned to Fell Foot via east side of boundary wall overlooking the picturesque Greenlough Clough. Traversed the slopes of Parlick before the steep descent to the car.thedobber17/07/2018

Started from car park half way along Startifants Lane to the SE. On way to Fair Snape Hill but poor old Gina too tired to go on from Parlick summit after her previous two days Marilyn bagging. So turned round and went back to van. As they say it will be there another day.mntainman20/01/2018
