From Cleggswood Hill. Surprisingly attractive countryside, especially Clegg's Wood. Worried about shrivelling oaks. Worst hay fever of season so far. Back to start.Wycombe Wanderer30/05/2020

Parked for free on the road at SD 93595 15580 then used gates and over a couple of fences to gain summit of Cleggswood Hill. Then on towards Hollingworth Hill using gates from the bridleway to the south. Then onward to Heights Barn Hill via footpaths then onto Dick Hill via bridge over motorway. A great 4 Tump walk in a very popular area.Dugswell204/02/2017
2nd hill of 5 today on a route from Littleborough station to Milnhay (staying at a private house via Airbnb. I climbed Cleggswood hill and then dropped onto Rochdale way & where it turns East i followed the stream (escorted by Barking dog on my heels from new property). Gingerly over stream where an old fence crosses it and straght up to the sheep-crowned grassy summit. Good views. Descent Sw to then follow track to a gate and back onto the Rochdale way.Dazingdale03/12/2016
