Delightful hill with Offas Dyke way finger post and topograph on cropped grass. Clear bright day with silvery views. From Trefonen on Offas Dyke path. | Denise | 22/11/2020 |

Book says one of the finest views and I agree. | johnbarnard25 | 14/09/2020 |
Parked with kind permission of friendly farmer at Ty-Canol. Well marked fp all the way to what the farmer said is a great viewpoint. Sadly, thick early morning mist so no views today. | Campbell Singer | 14/10/2019 |
Somehow missed the quarry road and ended up parking roadside in the village to the south 249244. | David Evans | 27/04/2019 |
From lane to NE. | Wycombe Wanderer | 25/11/2018 |
From SJ 2519.2486 at entrance to Nantmawr Quarry. Muddy tracks followed up LH side of quarry to pleasant walking along the top, marked by an Offa's Dyke way-post and indicator. | Aye Jimmy | 15/10/2017 |
Third summit on trefonen hill walk. The moelydd is a mysterious area I feel. There were beers being imbibed at the summit | tumpawumpa | 27/05/2017 |
Part of Trefonen hill walk. Last peak, was quite wet, keen to get it over with as my feet were covered in blisters. With tumpawumpa | BannerzBaggins | 27/05/2017 |
I was one of the 'Across the Cynllaith' revellers imbibing them! 'It's all downhill from here', I was reliably informed. And they were right. My poison of choice was an IPA from the East Midlands whose name escapes me. Most of the climbing is done on the leafy footpath just after the eclectic fence (approaching from WSW). No false summits at all. With tumpawumpa | nwormgage | 27/05/2017 |
Happy to let us park NE in yard of Ty-Canol: Nice Hill | GordonAdshead | 06/08/2016 |

From quarry entrance in an anticlockwise loop. Superb wee hill views are almost too good for a little hill like this. With Laura.w. | stig_nest | 04/05/2016 |
With stig_nest. Enjoyed this one, quiet, sunny and incredible view. | Laura.W | 04/05/2016 |
Parked in large drive opening where track is barred by a gate at 24982 26009 and followed the OFFas Dyke Path to the top. Great views. | clivevilla | 23/12/2015 |
Found hard to access, had to get permission of some landowners for the route we took. I like trying to spot this bill from around oswestry as it is strangely elusive | tumpawumpa | 04/04/2015 |
From SE: signposted turning head has some limited parking. Offas Dyke sign marks summit. | RHW | 14/03/2015 |
Climbed as part of Offas dyke trail to summit where there is a viewfinder. Very windy on top on my trip. Hazy light in distance but can imagine views would be great on a clear day. | Dazingdale | 02/11/2013 |
