Very easy but pleasant ascent from Hillside Road. Summit seemed to be S side of the pathVulcan23/08/2023
From Stonebridge Park St. Walked around a few banks by the path. Then back to Hanger Lane St.Andrew Pearson13/07/2023
Easy parking on Chatsworth Rise by the junction with Chatsworth Road - Path alongside fence of 35 Chatsworth Road for about 30m to the summit GR.gerrybowes16/04/2022

From London Wembley Travelodge and back.chrisbien13/02/2020
Followed the signs under the Hanger La road system from station. From the top, a path thru a wood leads to a pedestrian crossing over the N. Circular Rd, usefully to a bus stop where I caught a 483 bus to Wembley Pk La. All those journeys on the top of the 83 bus (so higher than the HP?)when I lived in Hendon and I had never thought of alighting and bagging this 'official' hill!pwheeler01/08/2019
Walked from Park Royal station up to the entrance to the wood which seems to be the high point.jedthehumanoid29/06/2019
Eastern edge of small copse at boardary with residential streets, with no views. Parakeets in woods. Lovely sunny day . From Horsenden Hill.Denise 17/01/2019
From Horsenden Hill via roads and paths, finally through the wild woodland to emerge on Chatsworth road. Spectacular day of cloudless skies, bright sunshine, crisp views and temperatures just above zero. Path between houses and road all very level, ivy covered bank under trees, S side of path gets my vote for the high point.RichardM17/01/2019
Slightly depressing hill to end the day of 6 hill bags. But still - went on from this to IKEA for veggie balls so can't complain! 30km run Rickmansworth to Ikea Wembley via Batchworth Heath, Potter Street Hill, Harrow on the Hill, Sudbury, Horsenden Hill and Hanger Lane.Fionalevey09/12/2018
From Park Royal tube. Top seems to be where path emerges on to Chatsworth Road (not quite where site map shows).clivevilla08/08/2018
Followed length of footpath from high point of Chatsworth Rd. Top would appear to be at Chatsworth Road end of fp near two large trees.Campbell Singer01/07/2018
A morning walk from Ealing Broadway to Park Royal. The summit wood is a pleasant contrast to the serried houses. The highest point seemed either to be near the lamp post by the path junction in the wood or, bathetically, the No Dumping Rubbish sign on the grassy verge as the path meets Chatsworth Road.Nick Down114/12/2017
Fourth and final hill of the day having walked from Hanger Hill. Boring suburban top with no real views. At least it is easy to find and no trespass required. On to Ealing to visit Jacqui's childhood homes and schools etc, before catching tube back to Holburn from the Broadway station. 14.6 miles walked today in total, more than most fell bagging days out from home in Cumbria!Hillsidenick13/10/2017
Ascended from Queens Drive about 800m to the south near a station and 'climbed' the South Ridge (ie the A.406 north circular road) to Chatsworth road then up this quieter residential road to summit, which I think was by a tree at 18701 82071 just to the left of the path 29m into the wood from the verge on Chatsworth road, visited all other high points mentioned by other baggers. Did on my day off from my part time teaching job.pdantic14/09/2017

Day out on the Tube doing a circuit of the Tumps. Out and back from Park Royal Tube Station.rhalstead25/02/2017
A brief ascent from Park Royal station. There is definitely some higher ground just inside the wooded area. I then walked to an appointment not far from Ealing Hospital. With Wakeman's Hill Avenue not a bad days walking.Sixtyplus06/09/2016
On way home from Horsenden Hill, via Hanger Lane Tube.RocksRock28/03/2016
From West Acton tube station.destaylor15/01/2016
Parked near enough at HP on Chatsworth Rd. Top on W side at entrance to small wooded area.jonglew05/12/2015
Easy jog up from Park Royal tube I made sure of high point by also (quickly) going out and back along the lit fp in the dark through the trees to the main road and back.Chris Pearson30/09/2015
used to drive by many times in the past.Short hop from North Circular. With A&C.PeterD26/09/2015
Sixth of a 6-Tump circuit in the area using buses and Tube. Very close to Park Royal station - highest point is at the junction of Chatsworth Road and Chatsworth Rise.Mark Jackson19/09/2015
Wow...what a lovely bit of woodland. Great ten minute break on my drive through from Winchester to Holloway to attend a VIVA ' Talking in schools about vegetarianism/veganism' course!vegibagger12/09/2015
Bagged on my way to the excellent brewing course at London Beer Lab in Brixton (highly recommended!). Surprisingly distinct hill by London standards, clearly dropping away on all sides. Highest point probably just off main path through the pleasant woods, or where it emerges on road to E.wheresthepath17/05/2015
Ealing Broadway to West Acton (post dusk). Slight mound on N side of scrubland path?Smudge22/12/2013
In London w work, popped out at dusk. Surprisingly dense thicket by North Circular, been by many times w/out realising.nordicstar16/10/2013
