Parked near church, up old MTB track that others have used. Higher up becomes too brambly but headed west a short way to find a faint track up to top.PeterD17/12/2023
On track from lane to N of hill from Symondsbury. It becomes overgrown, abandoned MTB tracks. The main track was impassible but we went round an old ?quarry after which a little path slanted over a slippery slope up to a platform, then fern-bashing with a few brambles to the top. This would be better late winter. A diversion of our walk from London Inn to Bridport over 4 Tumps. With Pete on a sunny day.pwheeler09/06/2023

Parked just south of the pub. FP heading SE then up a field & wooded area to top. Back down cycle tracks. Then on to Colmer's Hill.fosal2930/10/2019
On overgrown MTB track on Symondsbury estate with apparent public access and signage. Lots of nettles. Ilchester Arms in nearby Symondsbury recommended. Part of our Bridport heights route.Denise 14/06/2018
Access from lane to NE at start of Symondsbury Estate Bike trail. Good track up hillside, take LH option at fork and continue up beside forest to apparent high point marked by wooden stake in nettles. Thin path through tall nettles reaches another highpoint which we are surpised to find higher than the point with the stake.RichardM14/06/2018

From Symington via a circuitous route be fore finding the bike track. Satnav took me to dense brambly top but parts of the ridge could have been equally as high. Good viewpoint at the eastern edge of the ridge over BridportButeobuteo24/11/2016
