Easy pleasant walk from the road at SZ 48130 82977 with choices for the way back. | Martin R | 15/10/2023 |
Parked at end of bridleway at road junction. Up to Chillerton Down and back to car via Chillerton Down south. Then across to Berry hill. | Buck | 10/07/2023 |
Parked at bw S of Chillerton Farm (SZ 48148294)- not much space. Walked up Worsley Trail, then forked R on another bw, then easily accessed HP. The open access downland on this walk was lovely. Another bw enabled us to do the S Top as a W to E traverse- never quite too overgrown and easier on the E side. Lunch back in car, where we enjoyed a yellow hammer singing from the finger post. With Pete, sunny day but some sea mist on the S coast. | pwheeler | 12/06/2023 |
South and main tops from road end parking to SE. | Minto | 15/01/2023 |
