From Castle car park. Very hard to convince Trevor and Andrew that this top is higher than the Trig pointcatman15/10/2017
After doing Black Combe earlier in the day and lunch in Ravenglass - parked at layby near Muncaster Castle car park and ascended via Fell Lane. Very blustery on top.benalder28407/10/2017

Second completion of the English Marilyns! At least Hillbagging now agrees with my totals. I don't remember it being that boggy back in 1989.tim74730/08/2017

Continuation from trig..I still think the trig is higher, but it was worth the out n back to see the profile of the top, its almost a mini sawtooth! Lots of billberries scoffed.stig_nest12/08/2017

Third time up and I'd never noticed the slightly higher summit before. So we hauled ourselves the extra 20 metres and bagged a very cheap Marilyn.nukeboy125/06/2017

Via Fell Lane to the newly located summit. Despite being higher the new location lacks the prominence of Hooker Crag where the trig point is, which was previously thought to be the highest point. Operated SOTA from the new top and made six contacts approaching sunset.G4OBK (Phil)27/04/2017

Climbed after visiting Hooker Crag, following boggy paths. The final ascent was pathless and was hard work on thick vegetation. With JT and HT.Sprog17/12/2016
From sw, both summits as only visited Hooker Crag on last visit. Agree with others looks lower than Hooker, presumably due to curvature of the earth meaning can't see sea behind itRHW04/12/2016
