Walked from Headlands Hotel about 1kM away, the hill gets steeper as you get nearer to the top. Access to common grassy area between 68/70 on prospect mount road via access track. Turned left behind the houses and trees, high point as stated below on boundary between 88/90. | Symon1p | 12/09/2020 |

2nd of 2 tops, after Scarborough castle via Peasholm park, glen and Manor and Dean road cemetaries. As others visiting the grassy area at the back and high point on road. Knocked on the front door, but was ignored by owner. Re-traced route back to cemetary, picking up Lesley and we explored the Secret garden returning via Peasholm Glen then direct to our guesthouse. Nice restaurant/cafe near Peasholm Park called the Hideout. | Dazingdale | 28/12/2019 |

The alleyway between 88 and 90 is a private access to the two houses and does not really help much. However, walk slightly down the road and there is a public tenfoot between 68 and 70. This leads to a large, public grassed area, popular with locals. This appears to cover the summit. You can walk right up to the rear fence of the two houses and decide for yourself where the summit is. | moorsman | 27/05/2018 |
Walked up the length of Prospect Mount Road. Alleyway tunnel between 88 and 90 goes through to their back gardens. Reckon they probably share the Accolade but maybe 90 marginally higher | vegibagger | 20/04/2018 |
Grey afternoon. | Dugswell2 | 12/04/2018 |
Parked down the hill a ways and walked back up in the rain. Dreary weather, dreary hill - wherever the HP is. | jonglew | 12/03/2018 |
