Across from Foel Cocyn on sheep pastures. Top near fence. | PeterD | 05/09/2023 |
From lay-by / picnic table (SH6503007572) a round of six Tumps. The SE ridge track is well developed. The track shown on the NE lower section is covered in deep bracken - beware :-) | BaggerGutt | 08/12/2022 |

A good zig-zag track from Gwyddelfynydd (where its also possible to park a car/van) gives quick and easy access to these hills. Ffridd Cocyn first, then sheep tracks to its easterly smaller sister, and finally Foel Tyddyn y Berllan. Returned via another track which leads down to Perfeddnant farmhouse and the road back to the start. | summitter | 31/05/2022 |

From small layby 400m sw of RoW sw of Dol-Deheuwydd. Back along busy road, briefly up RoW, then on to track that zigzzags up close to summit. | KeithByTheC | 31/12/2021 |
From Ma top, over high pastures, over a very solid wall (might be avoided by a broken down wall lower down and obvious on the approach). The views on this easy walk, up the Talyllyn valley, are beautiful. Narrow grassy summit ridge but very easy hill track all the way down. Just a mile on the B4405 to get back to the start of my walk at Woodlands. | pwheeler | 13/07/2021 |
Pleasant spot in sheep pasture by fenceline, grey views of Cadar Idris; shimmering sea in opposite direction. | Denise | 14/05/2021 |
From the E. Footpath, sheep pasture and convenient track to just below summit. High point on fence line. Fine views include Cadair Idris to NE | RichardM | 14/05/2021 |
