From car park Bedgelert (next to Welsh Highland Railway) - Over footbridge to Bron Hebog - track then main path via y Grisiau (scramble) to Moel Hebog summit and trig - descended to Bwlch Meillionen - Moel Y Ogof summit - back to Bwlch and down through forestry (path not the best) - Railway path back to Bedgelert - a nifty bit of railway engineering at Cwm Goch Isaf.briandavies29/09/2018
From CP near rail station in Beddgelert - along Rhyd-Ddu path, then leaving this for the hill path which in its lower part goes through bracken. Higher up various branches of the path weave through the crags (some optional scrambling), then on to the grassy summit. Nice mountain walk with good summit views of sea & mountain.ger18/07/2018

Climbed Moel Hebog from Beddgelert via footpath. Continued to Moel yr Ogof and Moel Lefn. Return via Castell (difficult terrain), forest paths and Rhyd-ddu bridleway. Fine craggy peaks and viewpoints. Walked solo. Saw hardly anyone all day. Mostly fine weather but windy on the summits and some patchy mist on Moel Hebog. Time 5.5 hours.jamessteel10029/07/2017

Walk up from Beddgelert forest car park to trig on summit, and down to disused mine before returning to car. Steep final 300m Cloud locked by the time we summited. No obvious routs up just sheep tracks. Off the footpath to the North ridge and follow the walls up to the summit. Be careful it's very wet when decending.Peter_wth29/12/2016

Walk with friend from Beddgelert, on a very foggy day - the fog was the special kind that gets you soaked. Seemed like a long climb with no views. The main Bronze Age cairn on the summit is very trashed. We decided to leave Moel yr Ogof for a clearer day!thesweetcheat28/02/2015
