Parked in lay-by on A5. Heather path up to ladder style, left our backpacks and scrambled up to Tryfan. Back down to style, along the miner's path and Y Foel Goch, Gallt Yr Ogof. Down to Gof Isaf farm and back to Gwent Gof Uchaf along track. Accompanied by Mark. Cloud free day, no wind, perfect day.tsharp12/09/2018
Walked as part of a linear walk from Pen y pass to Capel Curig. Bus to Pen y Pass then walked up to Glyder Fawr, Castell y Gwynt, Glyder Fach, Y Foel Goch and Galt Yr Ogof. Terrible mist and wind with no viability of the main Glyders, but the cloud cleared to reveal a beautiful day and spectacular views on Y Foel Goch and Gallt Yr Ogof.Lazylizzie04/09/2018

As per Nuttall's 2.3. Blue skies all day. Shame about the rough descent from this last hill at the end of a tiring day.milimana07/06/2018
A sunny afternoon ascent with son from Capel Curig over Cefn y Capel (460m) to Gallt yr Ogof (763m), then on to Y Foel Goch (805m) before descending to Llyn Caseg-fraith where we camped for the night. 7km, 657m ascent. The following morning broke camp and ascended Glyder Fach (994m), and then Glyder Fawr (1001m), by-passing Castell y Gwynt. Still sunny, though cold in the wind. Descended to Pen-y-Pass via path removed from current O.S. maps, but waymarked by faded red paint. 6.25km, 300m ascent.VirtualMountain19/05/2018
