Final of three 'Nuttall walks' on the same day. Parked at 241 spot height and followed good and pleasant paths. Top is surprisingly jagged and rocky. Fine sea/sunset views. | Mark Jackson | 25/11/2022 |
Nantlle ridge best walked E to W but as winds so high yesterday it was impossible, so hiked in to Cae Amos bothy for the night via Cwm Pennant, very good bothy.
from bothy 08.45 a long hike first west then north on FP mostly along wall line, some rough gound esp lower down. Then 90 degree turn left as wall levels, to reach summit outcrops. | richardrosser | 20/10/2022 |

Mynydd Graig Goch (610m), Garnedd Goch (700m) and Craig Cwm Silyn (734m) from Llyn Cwndulyn. Low cloud to begin, lifted just before we climbed into it, a clear sunny but breezy day throughout. Route completed with ShadowFlux. | meltdiceburg | 12/03/2022 |
Started at start of track to the lake above Nebo. Good path all the way to the wall near the summit with high point just beyond. Numerous other high points, went out to the cairn a couple of hundred metres to the SE which looks almost as high. | dickscroop | 22/12/2021 |
Turned right at Nebo. Parked by the lake. There's a footpath going to the summit, very straight forward, takes about an hour to go up, less to go down. It was wet so you can do it quicker on a dry day. | Skarletk | 29/10/2021 |

Seventh of seven summits. Out and back from Rhyd-Ddu. Perfect weather for climbing. Bit of a trek out to this one especially with having to go all the way around but greeted by a weathered Cymru flag at the top. No surprise to see nobody on this section of the route. | muzza2 | 22/06/2021 |

8.6 mile circular from road bend at Pant-Y-Gog, we tried to find path across Cors-Y-Llyn but saw no trace, also the signposts had been taken down, instead we walked towards Cwm Dulyn and followed parallel path by wall to another minor road then followed track footpaths to road and car park near Maen-Llwyd, the fiddly bit now done we headed along track and then up trail along edge of Clogwyn-Y-Cysgod up to lovely summit of Craig Cwm Silyn, from here we turned back and followed path up easily onto Garnedd-Goch with its half a trig, then we descended steeply to ROW and followed good trail onto Mynydd Graig Goch and its lovely rocky summit, crossing handy new ladder stile over wall by summit and easily descending back to Cwm Dulyn and car. Amazing clear and sunny conditions with good views, A few people about. | DanTrig | 17/09/2020 |

As part of West to East traverse of the Nantlle Ridge with 13 year old son. Dropped off at around SH481518. Took us about 9 hours on a very warm but mainly cloudy day. | clyoung | 18/08/2016 |
Excellent traverse of the whole Nantlle ridge from Y Garn to Mynydd Graig Goch (start at Rhyd-Ddu, end at Nebo). Climbed solo. Weather dry and mild. Drifting mist around summits, but cleared often enough for good views along ridge and to nearby mountains. Only saw 2 people all day (in Lake District would have been hundreds!). Scrambly bit on Mynydd Drws-y-Coed was a highlight but not difficult ... In fact whole ridge was interesting. Lovely views of Lleyn peninsula from the wierd rocky tors on the last summit of Mynydd Graig Goch. Total time 5.5 hours. | jamessteel100 | 04/08/2016 |
Ascent up Braich Cwmdulyn, popping to Garnedd Goch and back and over Bwlch Cwmdulyn to Mynydd Garn Goch, return to Llyn Dulyn. | Dewi Prysor | 27/07/2016 |

Climbed up from Cefntrefor-Isaf as the first hill on a traverse S-N of the Nantlle Ridge. Lots of low cloud, but dry. | DanMaisieBex | 11/06/2016 |
This was a walk of 2 halves for me. The ridge itself was, on a day like today with such good weather and visibility, is one of the best walks in Wales if not the whole country. The second half, getting back to the start, was not so good. Next time I think I'll walk through to Nebo or Pen-y-Groes and get a taxi back to Rhydd Ddu.
Parked the car at Rhydd Ddu and up to Y Garn with incredible views of Anglesey (as far as Holyhead) and Snowdon and later the Llyn peninsula and then a modest scramble up to Mynydd Drws-y-coed and then an easy walk to Trum y Ddysgl and Mynydd Tal-y-mignedd and then a bit more strenuous walk to Craig Cwm Silyn with its strange rectangular stone structures and an easy walk to Garnedd Goch followed by a steepish descent to Mynydd Graig Goch which is worth “going the extra mile” as it has an interesting rocky summit. The whole walk was a really excellent ridge walk.
Then came the return home. Tried to get to the public footpath at GR508 482 but there was no ea | tsharp | 01/06/2016 |
Mega day on the Nantlle ridge- a fantastic route. Started from Rhyd Ddu, traversed Y Garn, Mynydd Drws-y-coed, Trum y Ddysgl, Mynydd Tal-y-mignedd, Craig Cwm Silyn, Garnedd-goch & Mynydd Graig Goch, returning via Bwlch-y-ddwy-Elor. | Cas-gwent | 23/05/2016 |

Got there at last! Fine walking day. Parked at road corner (better down rough track to end of Llyn Cwmdulyn) Circular walk onto Braich, crossing Bwlch, and over plateau to rocky summit. Dog chased grey squirrel round & round & over large rock until called off. Not a tree for 2 miles and 1000ft. Clambered over all tops, over ladder stile and down path to lake. Stayed Conwy YH; OK.
