From road at G553194 then steeply up to toppled but intact trig. | chalky1953 | 03/10/2014 |
first ascent, humid, 2 in party, second hill of the day. parked by a hall at carrowmore cross roads, walked back along the road and met a local who pointed the way up through a couple of fields. had a look at the hill fort then over to the trig point, lots of cairns - as in antiquities and other mounds plus a collapsed tomb below the trig point. | rum doodle | 12/07/2010 |
