On the way back to ferry from Ballyrisode. Parked at the loch and walked along road for 100 metres then up the signed path which is lovely, all the way to the viewpoint near summit and then the summit trig as described - just a metal square on floor. We parked near Loch Hyne and followed the zig zag path up through the woods. The trig point marked on the map is just a covered six inch plate in the rock. The best views are abotained on another rocky outcrop about 100 meters away. | Father Ted | 09/08/2007 |
