From lay-by on B4405 (SH 75278 13537). Fairly steep, grassy path then scramble up to the summit of Gau Craig. Boggy before loose rock path to the summit of Mynydd Moel. Clear, rocky path to Cadair Idris. Pony Path to SH691135 then good path and track to finish at Llanfihangel-y-pennant (SH 67196 08871).david23020102/09/2019
As Per Nuttall Walk 11m total - Craig Cwm Armarch, Cyfrwy, Cadair Idris, Mynydd Moel, and Gau Craig. Lovely Sunny Day and Good views throughoutJephcote8313/08/2019
Reached the summit at 4pm exactly (1.30pm start) after doing Snowdon via Crib Goch in the morning. Lovely day in the valley but very strong wind up top - could barely stand up on the trig. Lovely walk up with the woodland, waterfalls and lake. Will definitely be back to try the Pony Path as did the Minffordd Path this time.MysteriousSue21/07/2019

Approach along Miniffordd Path. Two or three rocks local to trig could mark summit. Busy. On return descended via an initially steep (loose) path from col to W of Llyn Cau, then along S side of the Llyn - very quiet.ger27/09/2018
